Moses Parker Armah, Executive Committee member of the Ghana Football Association (GFA) has said he received $20,000 as appearance fee for his participation in the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil.

Testifying before the Justice Senyo Dzamefe Presidential Commission on Thursday, Moses Armah said, the amount was given to him by Felix Ansong whilst in Brazil.

He however added that, he did not sign for the money received as appearance fee. Parker Armah, also added that, he received $8,000 from the president of GFA, Kwesi Nyantakyi, as compensation for items damaged by Sulley Muntari during his attack on him.

According to owner and founder of Medeama Football Club, he was made to sign for the amount received as compensation.

He said, though the amount was below what he had lost, he decided to let it go since he was a devout Christian.
