World title aspirant Duke Micah has told ClassSports he is in the shape of his life going into his fight this Saturday against Frenchman Yoann Boyeaux.

The Ghanaian pugilist has been training under the auspices of US based trainer Kwame Asante ahead of the fight against Boyeaux which could ultimately land him a World title shot.

He insists he has put in more than enough at his training camp in New York to face his opponent.

“You know I have been training in the US under the direction of Kwame Asante for the last few works. He has taught me so much within this period and I cannot afford to let him down together with the other guys who help me out at the gym.

“My opponent is a good boxer and more experienced in the ring but I am taking this fight with all I have. If I want to be a world champion, I have to win this fight. It is as simple as that. I am going to spend the last few days on my preparations and hopefully I will win the bout on Saturday, he added.

Micah goes into the bout on the back of a (21-0, 18 KOs) while his opponent goes into the bout with a record (41-5, 26 KOs.)
