I’m here to win the Ghana Premier League for Berekum Chelsea - Steve Polak

Berekum Chelsea new Head coach Steve Polak, has declared that, he wants to win the Ghana Premier League title for the Berekum based club.

He will be making his Second appearance in the Ghana Premier League after helping Kumasi based King Faisal finish sixth in the 2007/2008 league season.

Polak after sealing the deal with Berekum Chelsea watched the first premier league game of his team from the stance as chelsea lost to Tema Youth 2-1.

Even though his team failed to impress in the first game in the season, Polak has the belief of winning the league title for Chelsea.

“I didn’t come 10,000 kilometres not to win the league.I think all the Fifteen coaches would want to win the league.”

“Yes I want to win the league but like I said we need to improve on certain aspects of our game.”

“There is a lot of positives we can take from the first game and try to win the remaining matches.”Polak told sportscrusader.com

Berekum chelsea will play Kumasi Asante Kotoko in the next fixture of the league at the Golden City Park in Berekum.
