Head Coach of Accra of Oak, Kim Grant, has said, discussions are ongoing with the management of the club, to strengthen the team for the upcoming season.
According to Coach Grant, the uncertainty about when the season would start makes it more difficult in planning but would institute contingency plans to help put the team in good shape regardless of what happens to the commencement of the season.
''Of course, it’s difficult to plan, when you don't know when the season starts, but I have to plan accordingly,'' Grant told GNA Sports at the unveiling of the club's new jerseys at the Accra Sports Stadium.
Coach Grant said there was the need for a strategic augmentation of the squad to make them better next season, though the current squad looks good.
''We are discussing ways of strengthening the team. We do have a good squad but we have to be strategic as to where we need to strengthen,'' he said.
Coach Grant was not perturbed about players who might leave the squad but added that efforts would be made to make the team stronger for next season.
He also revealed that the team would resume camp on July 29 after a five-week break.
