Hearts of Oak supporters chief Paa Kofi Sunsum has thrown his weight behind Nkana FC ahead of their CAF Confederation Cup tie against their sworn local rivals Asante Kotoko on Sunday.
The hard headed supporters chief is rallying "physical and spiritual" support for the Zambian giants ahead of their reverse fixture against the Porcupine Warriors at the Baba Yara stadium.
Kotoko are desperate to return to winning ways after losing 3-1 in Kitwe last week.
But Hearts of Oak's National Chapters Committee chairman Paa Kofi Sunsum has confirmed his outfit support for the visiting team.
"When Nkana FC arrived, they wanted someone who can lead and direct them so they called on me; because they have the likes of Ben Adama and Richard Okran who are Ghanaians, I accepted to lead them" he told Kobby Stone on Asempa FM
"Ali Maradona in our champions league game in Obuasi did the same thing by leading officials of Eyimba FC. He advised them to the extent that, they rejected the bus which we gave them and defeated us in addition.
"For now I will be helping them [Nkana FC] with the spiritual aspect because, we don't want to reveal our identity in Kumasi; we have been tasked to work underground."
"By all means NKana FC must qualify because Kotoko are playing in the CAF Confederations Cup by default. They are in Africa because we aren't playing any competitive football in Ghana; so they they have to join us [Hearts of Oak] at home.
"Every club is paying salaries so one club should not get that monopoly and raise shoulders, by all means Kotoko have to come home."
