Hearts of Oak are set to complete the signing of Kelvin Andoh from Wa All Stars, according to reports.
The Phobians are in advanced talks with the 23-year-old over a possible switch in the coming days.

The highly-rated winger will be a direct replacement for Patrick Razak who joined Guinean side AC Horoya last month.
Andoh played a key role in Wa All-Stars' league triumph two seasons ago and was a member of the Black Stars 'B' squad that won the 2017 WAFU Cup which was held in Ghana.
He featured in six games for Wa All-Stars during the 2018 Ghana Premier League season.
