Hearts of Oak part ways with Osei Pele

Footy-ghana.com understands that former Premier League champions Hearts of Oak have parted company with striker Edwin Osei ‘Pele’.

According to our sources, Osei offered to forfeit an amount of GH¢12,000 (¢120 million) owed him by the club as per enticement fees in order to secure his registration cards.

Hearts of Oak agreed to the offer and promptly released his cards to him.

Osei began his Hearts of Oak career brightly but faded off after his move from Kessben FC.

FA Cup holders New Edubiase United has been heavily linked with the striker.
