Spokesperson of Hearts of Oak Kwame Opare Addo has refuted reports that his outfit purchased Dominic Eshun through dubious means.
On Tuesday, the Phobians announced the signing of Dominic Eshun on a long-term deal via their official twitter handle.
However, Karela United FC's scribe, Eric Alagidede claimed that Hearts of Oak did not pass through the right channel in acquiring the services of their flying winger.
“If Karela FC claims we have stolen their player, that’s their call. They can say what they want,” Opare stated on Happy FM.
“Karela FC is saying a different story that we know per the document that we have read which is available to us. We have not done anything wrong.”
“We’ve been in this business for long and management knows what we are about. We will always do things in the interest of the club. We don’t believe the manager of the player has misled us. By the close of the day, we will know who is telling the truth.”
“Hearts of Oak fans should be calm because we haven’t done anything wrong.”
