Supporter wing of Hearts of Oak, Chapter O have confirmed securing club shares worth 5000 Ghana cedis.
This according to Chapter O founder, Aziz Haruna Futa, is to ensure ownership of the club lies in the hands of supporters.
“We have been able to organize about 100 people within the Nima community o buy shares worth 5000 Ghana cedis in the name of Chapter O,” he told Accra-based Great FM.
“This is to ensure that supporters gain full ownership of the club and we’ll continue to organize supporters to buy more shares.”
Hearts of Oak since August 1 have opened sales of an Initial Public Offer of 20 million shares aimed at raking in resources for short, medium and long term projects for the club.
The offer is opened until August 29.
