Cesena to sign Duncan on loan

Promoted Serie A side Cesena are set to land Ghana midfielder Alfred Duncan on loan from Inter Milan.

The 20-year-old has spent the last two seasons on loan at Livorno and has returned to his parent club for pre-season. Cesena want to offer the youngster more first team experience to aid his progress.

According to Sky Sports, Palermo would start official negotiations with Inter Milan but it looks Cesena will be his next destination. Duncan made 32 appearances for Livorno last season including 19 starts.
