Gilbert Koomson's double for SK Brann downs Nest-Sotra in pre-season friendly

Ghanaian midfielder Gilbert Koomson was twice on target for SK Brann as they defeated Nest-Sotra 2-1 in a pre-season friendly on Friday.

Brann dominated the early stages of the game and deservedly shot into the lead through Gilbert Koomson in the 19th minute.

The 24-year-old winger made it 2-0 for the Norwegian top-flight side in the 39th minute with an artful strike.

But Nest-Sotra grabbed a consolation courtesy Alexander Dang's 82nd minute goal.

Koomson was taken off in the dying embers of the game.

He scored once and registered 7 assists in 25 matches for Sogndal in Eliteserien league last term.
