Gideon Baah to line up against Barca in HJK friendly

Ghanaian defender Godeon Baah is expected to start for HJK Helsinki when they host European giants FC Barcelona in a club friendly later today.

The Finish champions are looking to bounce back from their midweek disappointment after being dumped out of the UEFA Champions League by holding their own against the Catalan club.

Baah is one of the few Ghanaians to get the chance to play against the star-studded Spanish side.

He came on as a second half substitute in Wednesday’s 2-0 defeat at Apoel Nicosia to crash out of the Champions League at the third qualifying stage.

Manager Mika Lehkosuo will also be looking to prepare his team for the remainder of the top flight charge while also keeping an eye on their upcoming Europa League clash.
