Ghana’s Golden Arms prepares for African championship

The Golden Arms of Ghana are in camp vigorously preparing for the upcoming African Arm wrestling Championship slated for Lagos, Nigeria.

Sixteen African countries are expected to battle for honours at the tournament billed for June 28th – July 5th, 2017.

Ghana’s Golden Arm team is expected to depart the shores of the country on Tuesday, June 27 as they seek qualification to the Arm wrestling World Championship later in the year.

Meanwhile, Ghana Arm wrestling Federation (GAF) on Monday received cash and products worth GH?8,000.00 from TT Brothers Limited producers of Uncle T malt as they prepare for the championship.

The GAF is calling on corporate Ghana to support the team, as Arm wrestling remains one of the fastest growing sport in Ghana.
