Ghana’s Adu joins Malmo FF

Ghanaian midfielder Enoch Kofi Adu has joined Swedish elite side Malmo FF from Club Brugge.

The 23-year-old will spend the next three-and-a-half seasons at the Swedbank Stadion.

His agent, Tony Appiah, told Goal Ghana his client’s desire to play in the Uefa Inter-club competitions again motivated the transfer.

“Adu is a very good player and has what it takes to make an impact at Malmo. We are happy because at Malmo FF, he is guaranteed of playing in the Uefa competitions,” he said.

Adu, a former Ghana Under-17 player spent the second half of the 2013-14 season on loan at Norwegian side, Stabaek.
