Ghana beat Ireland 3 - 2

Ghana beat Ireland 3 - 2 in their Euro-Africa Zone (Group Two) tennis competition played last week. By this victory, Ghana will play Finland who defeated Cote d'Ivoire last week. Ghana's victory is considered as very sweet revenge since on two occasions - 1990 and 1993, the Black Rackets (the national tennis) team - has been defeated by the Irish team by the same margin.
