Ghana House gets ultra – modern Hi Gym

…to solve workers fitness problems

The famous Ghana house in the heart of the capital, Accra now houses an ultramodern Gymnasium operated by Hightable Services.

Joachim Asare Darko, Managing Director of the Gym said his vision and mission is to help Ghanaian workers to be fit and healthier to be able to work harder for Ghana to be a better place to live.

Speaking to your truly, he said the Hi – class Gym which was opened to the general public a fortnight ago has all latest and modern equipment and facilities to take care of one’s physical conditions. He stressed that many people in the city are fat, not fit, not healthy and even lack advice and encouragement to train their bodies, and the Hi – Tech Gym has been opened at the right time at the right place for the right people.

Asare Darko who is a customer relations expert hinted that the Gym was specially made for workers around the High Street in Accra and they are being offered the opportunity to trim their bellies, reduce their weights and get some new formation of muscles. He noted that Ghanaians are very beautiful people and that beauty can be enhanced if one trains daily to avoid getting sick or attract some ailments. He adviced the youth to train regularly and the aged to do likewise at least three time in a week.

Hightable Services has other departments aside the Gym. They organize Surprised Parties, Hotel & Rest Management, Club & Guest House Management, Contract Food Services Management and organize Events and Catering Services.
