Gargo succeeds Manso as B.A. United coach

Former Ghana international Mohammed Gargo has been appointed as the head coach of struggling Premier League outfit B.A. United until the end of the current season.

Top officials of B.A. United contacted Gargo after Frimpong Manso left the club by mutual consent after winning only one of the club’s last seven matches.

Footy-ghana.com understands that Gargo arrived in Sunyani on Thursday afternoon to begin work, ahead of a First Capital Plus Premier League game against Wa All Stars on Sunday at the Coronation Park.

Gargo was previously in charge of Real Tamale United, now in Division One, and also acted as a coach with Ashanti Gold some years ago.
