Game Boy vs Saucedo fight to cost Baby Jet Promotions $200K

Emmanuel Emmanuel

Baby Jet Promotions will be coughing out over $200,000 to promote the fight between their charge Emmanuel ‘Game Boy’ Tagoe and Argentina’s David Fernando Saucedo.

Tagoe will be facing Saucedo on January 27th at the Bukom Boxing Arena in Accra, Ghana.

“The upcoming fight between Emmanuel Tagoe and David Saucedo will cost Baby Jet Promotions over $200,000,” CEO of Baby Jet Promotions Samuel Anim Addo told Hot FM.

“We will be spending much because it includes air ticket covering Saucedo and his team, his purse, hotel bills, and also air ticket for the IBO officials.”

The fight will be Tagoe’s first defense of his IBO belt – he won the belt in December 2016 against South Africa’s Mzonke Fana.

Since that fight, the Ghanaian has been out of action due an injury – but now the James Town native has fully recovered and he is ready to roar on the aforementioned date.
