Medeama President Moses Armah has been cleared of any wrongdoing by the Ghana Football Association (GFA) following charges brought against him earlier this month.

Armah was charged with breaching Section 34(6)(d) of the GFA Premier League Regulations following his alleged unlawful entry into the dressing room of Match Officials during his team's 2-0 victory over Hearts of Oak in a league encounter.

Hearts of Oak assistant coach Abdul Bashiru claimed that the match officials, particularly the centre referee, underwent a complete change in behaviour after Armah's visit during halftime.

The incident led to Armah being given a few days to respond to the charge. Following an investigation, he has been cleared of any wrongdoing.

The news comes as a relief for the club and their president as they prepare to face Asante Kotoko on Saturday in Tarkwa.
