Fan Milk Pledge 18 Million Cedis For Toddlers Games

Accra, (Greater Accra) 6 Nov. Fun Milk (Ghana) Limited has pledged an 18 million- cedi sponsorship package towards this year's toddlers games slated for Thursday, December four, at the Accra sports stadium. This year's event is under the theme "the toddlers - our hope for future sports". One hundred day nursery schools from the nine sub-metropolitan areas in Accra will take part in the "Fum Milk toddlers games '97" being organised by the Old Sportsmen and sportswomen Association of Ghana (OSSAG). Launching the games of athletics and soccer, Mr Kwasi Attuah, Regional Sales Manager of Fun Milk said in Accra today that the reason for sponsoring the programme is to provide a forum for identifying budding young athletes and footballers. He said the company has been associated with toddlers games for the past four years and has never regretted doing so. At stake are the Adjin Tettey and Alex Annum trophies for first and second best in athletics and Christain Grant trophy for the best soccer team.
