FIFA Delegation to Check World Cup Preparations

Seoul (South Korea) 13 Oct 1998 Soccer's world governing body FIFA will send a six-man delegation to visit South Korea and Japan next month to inspect preparations by the 2002 World Cup co-hosts, officials said Tuesday.

The delegates, including FIFA vice-president Antonia Matarrese, will be in Seoul for four days from November 2.

They will tour some of the cities hosting games and be briefed on South Korea's preparations. GRi
