Ex-president Kuffour calls on football fraternity to invest in domestic leagues

Former President of the Republic of Ghana, John Agyekum Kuffour has called on the Ghana Football Association and football loving people in the country to invest more in the local leagues in other to achieve the maximum attention.

The astute politician believes investment in the local leagues(Premier League, Division One League, Division two,Division three, colts league, FA Cup etc) will help grow Ghana Football.

"GFA and football people should invest in the local leagues to gain attention” John Agyekum Kuffour told Accra base Top 103.1 fm.

The former Ghana President is very sure that the local leagues are losing it fame and urges the country football people to lift it high.
