Former Real Tamale United coach Abdul Mumin has vehemently denied allegations of match manipulation and demanded an immediate apology from the club's Public Relations Officer (PRO).

The club announced on Tuesday that it had parted ways with Mumin, with assistant coach Iddi Mansah set to manage the team until further notice.

In a statement on Akoma 87.9 FM, Mumin emphatically denied the allegations and called on the Ghana Football Association (FA) to investigate the matter.

"I can state emphatically that the accusation is untrue. Since the game is about evidence, I'll call on the FA and have them call all of us so the PRO can show where the allegations are coming from," he said.

Mumin went on to accuse the PRO of fabricating a lie and demanded accountability.

"It's his personal lie, which he fabricated, and I can hold him accountable. You simply cannot sit down and start disparaging people with integrity. Perhaps you have lost all sense of integrity and feel that you must destroy someone just because the team didn't win a game," he added.

He demanded an immediate apology from the club's PRO and threatened to take the matter to the FA if his demands were not met.
