Striker Patrick Twumasi scored the only goal as Astana FC beat Maccabi Tel Aviv 1-0 on Thursday in the Europa League Group A match.

The Ghana international gave his side the lead in the 57th minute.

He delivered a neat right-footed finish from Twumasi breaks the deadlock.

Astana are second on the table with seven point; one behind leaders Villarreal.
