Euphoria in Accra as Hearts win in Tunis

Accra, the capital city of Ghana has erupted in jubilation as champion club, Hearts of Oak inch closer to the Confederation of African Football CAF) Champions League Cup with a 2-1 victory over Tunisain, giants, Esperance in Tunis.


As soon as the match ended, thousands of Hearts' supporters milled into the streets chanting slogans of the club. Most of the supporters dressed in the red, blue and yellow colours of the club, carried flags and rendered songs in praise of the players and the technical team.
Taxi cabs dabbed in club colours sped in the streets, honking and blaring, their horns, as groups of supporters responded with chants of " Phobia, Phobia, Phobia". Drinking pubs plunged into serious business as jubilant fans celebrate the away victory with beer and gin.
