Eric Kumi is not on Hearts transfer list

Accra Hearts of Oak midfielder Eric Kumi is not one of the players who have been transfer-listed by the club upon the recommendations of Japanese trainer Kenichi Yatshuhashi, GHANAsoccernet.com can exclusively reveal.

Reports in the local media had revealed that the former African champions have transfer-listed eight players including Selasie Adjie, Emmanuel Hayford, Richard Yamoah and Eric Kumi, but sources close to the Board and Management of the club have exclusively revealed to GHANAsoccernet that Kumi is not one of the transfer-listed players.

According to the source, the coach had no moral right to transfer-list the former U20 star since he has seen player.

Explaining further, the source said Kumi is yet to train under the new coach since he was suffering an injury. So it was difficult for them to believe he has actually been transfer-listed by the coach.
