Eric Addo charges Black Stars to make history in Brazil.

Ex-Ghana international Eric Addo has urged the current crop of Black Stars players to seize the opportunity given them and make history for themselves and the country.

The 35-year-old made a surprise visit to the Black Stars camp in Arnhem where the team is feverishly preparing for the 2014 World Cup finals in Brazil.

Speaking to the players, the former PSV Eindhoven player charged them to put up a good showcase in Brazil.

“The world cup is a unique opportunity and a once in a life time event for most players,” Addo told a section of the players.

“For those of you who will be going there for the first time in your career it is a special feeling that will leave with you for a life time.

“Seize the opportunity and make a name for yourself and your country.”

Addo played at the 2006 World Cup finals in Germany and went on to make 45 appearances.
