The Northern Blues manager has been heavily linked with a potential move to the Baba Yara Stadium, but he says no contact has been made

Wa All Stars head coach Enos Kwame Adipah has acknowledged Asante Kotoko ‘s interest in his services but insists they are yet to officially contact him or his counsel for discussions.

The Kumasi giants have gone five games without a victory in the league and are without a head coach following the exit of Croatian Zdravko Lugarusic.
Reports suggest that a new manager will arrive before the start of the second round of the season.

“I know of the interest,”Adipah told Otec FM .
“But there hasn’t been any official proposal from Kotoko. I have been hearing about it in the media for a long time and at times from other family members. I’m still under contract with Wa All Stars so I can’t do anything to breach it.

“I have prepared an enviable side and it defeated Kotoko on Sunday so they know of my capabilities. When you are linked with a big club like Kotoko, it means you’re doing a great job,” he added.

Kotoko sit fourth on the log with 19 points, six points behind leaders Wafa and will play second-place Aduana Stars next weekend.
