Elmina Sharks sign Brazilian striker Abner dos Santos

Elmina Sharks have signed Brazilian attacker Abner Martins dos Santos Pinto. Ghanasportsonline.com can reveal.

The player confirmed his move to the Ghana Premier League side after a deal was reached.

Santos move was facililated by his agents Rodrigo S Dalla Rosa and Sebastian Diericx after talks with Elmina Sharks owner Dr.Papa Kwesi Nduom.

“Transfer officially and finally done. Special thanks goes to my agents Rodrigo S Dalla Rosa- DS&R Agenciamento Esportivo and Sebastian Diericx- @ Sports Talent Management Group to have made this possible!,” the player posted on his facebook page.

“I'd like to thank Elmina Sharks FC for giving us this opportunity along with Dr.Papa Kwesi Nduom and commitee members involved in the process.

“Looking forward to start my new journey in my new club and to see what the future holds for the Sharks during the @ First Capital Plus Bank Premier League and FA Cup."

He however becomes the first Brazilian to feature in the domestic top-flight.

The 27-year-old has enjoyed spells with Marsaxlokk, FC Swieqi Utd, Portomosense, Melita and Atl. Granadilla.
