Ebenezer Ofori earns manager Patrick Viera's praise after full debut

Black Stars midfielder Ebenezer Ofori has earned praises from Arsenal legend Patrick Viera following his display in New York FC's 2-2 draw with New England Revolution.

The VFB Stuggart loanee enjpyed full time action and was influential as New York City FC picked valuable point against New England Revolution.

The Ghanaian who struggled to break into the Stuggart team this season moved to the MLS for game time and has already gotten off the mark.

After the 2-2 draw, the French managed singled the former New Edubiase play maker out for praises.

'He showed a lot of experience, he was really calm on the ball,'' Vieira said.

''Defensively I think he helped the team a lot. … When a player gives everything to the team this is the minimum that I ask. I think “Eben” was really good for us and he will be a really important player for us.''

Ofori made his debut against L.A Galaxy.
