Dr Kwame Kyei defends his speech in leaked audio

Executive Chairman of Asante Kotoko Dr Kwame Kyei has insisted he sees nothing wrong with what he told the players during an emergency meeting at Sports hotel on Monday.

In a leaked audio that went viral on Tuesday, the executive chairman of the club was heard descending on the players after their exit in the MTN FA Cup.

Many people in the football fraternity have since condemned his comment and opined he could have choose his words carefully.

But speaking to Oyerepa FM on the comment, the Unity Oil mogul insisted he doesn’t see anything worng with what he told to the players.

“I don’t see anything wrong with what i told my players at the meeting, i will say and say again should they repeat the abysmal performance”

Kotoko will be looking to return to winning ways on Friday when they welcome Bechem United on Friday at the Accra Sports Stadium.
