Andre Ayew’s arrival at West Ham United could signal the end for English forward Andre Carroll who is a transfer target for Crystal Palace.

West Ham United have signed Ghanaian Andre Ayew and Argentine Jonathan Calleri meaning Carroll’s role could be limited.

The Hammers are also chasing Lyon’ s Rachid Ghezzel in a move that dent Carroll's already threatened position.

Carroll arrived from Liverpool a couple of seasons ago as the club’s record signing but that record has since been smashed the acquisition of Andre Ayew from Swansea City.
