David Accam honoured

Ghana striker David Accam has been named the 2015 Chicago Fire Most Valuable Player and Top scorer on his debut season.

Accam made his debut against the San Jose Earthquakes on 22 March and opened his goal scoring account on 24 April 24, notching the lone goal in a 1-0 win over New York City FC.

He went on to score ten goals and provided two assists in 23 matches despite injuries.

Accam signed with the Chicago Fire last December from Swedish Allsvenskan side Helsingborgs IF.
