DOL board chairman enumerates problems facing the competition

Chairman of the Division One League Board Owuahene Acheampong has enumerated the problems facing the administration of the country's second-tier.

Acheampong delivered a paper at the Ghana FA brainstorming seminar which ends today (Wednesday) in Cape Coast.

He highlighted the lack of qualified administrative/technical personnel, qualified finance personnel, transportation, offices and vehicles.
