DC rules that match result to stand

The Disciplinary Committee has ruled that the outcome of the MTN FA Cup Round of 64 match between Sporting Mirren and Agbozume United should stand.

Mirren beat Agbozume 2-1 in their Round of 64 match on January 18 at Legon.

Both side after the match lodged protests against each other claiming the other contravened the Ghana Football Association's Regulations.

After hearing both parties:

The DC decided "That the protest by Agbozume United is dismissed as being without merit.

"That the protest by Sporting Mirren is also dismissed as being unmeritorious.

"That the official results of the match should stand."
