Coach Milovan Rajevac Lauds Red Bull Project

Ghana's senior national soccer team coach Milovan Rajevac took time off his busy schedule when he paid a visit to Red Bull Academy in Sogakope on Friday. The visit was in response to an invitation he had received from the management of the Academy. Milovan together with his assistant Kwasi Appiah and Mr.Nesa an interpreter to the Serbian was met on arrival by the General Manager of the Academy Mr.Sigfried Bahner ,Director of School Mr. Djokoto Benedictus ,Facilities Managress Karolina and Public Relations Officer Cubagee Uriel.

The Serbian trainer had a brief interaction with Mr. Peter Schaller, Technical Director of the Academy and other members of his team some of whom were Sarfo Castro coach of the first team, Daniel Heidemann coach of U.17 , Sikiru Babatunde coach of U.15 , Maxwell Konadu coach of U.13 and Team Manager Karim Kudaya. Coach Milovan and his entourage after inspecting the facilities in Academy watched training sections of the various teams .

In a speech, Milovan said, it was like a dream to see such a facility in Ghana and commended the management and more especially Red Bull, owners of the Academy.¡¢For me any footballer who gets the opportunity to enjoy such facilities should count himself blessed and I hope the players would make good use of the opportunity. A graduate of this Academy should be able to play anywhere on the planet .To be in an Academy like this and fail is not possible¢¢, Milovan concluded.
