Central Region Referees hold Congress

Cape Coast, Feb 6, GNA - The Central Regional Chairman of the Ghana Football Association (GFA), Mr Mathew Doe has called on referees to be proactive and ensure fair play in the officiating of football matches. He has therefore tasked them to discharge their duties with dedication and without "fear or favour".

Mr Doe made the call when he swore in a seven-member executive of the Regional branch of the Referees Association of Ghana (RAG) after they held their elections as part of the Association Delegates' Congress at Cape Coast.

Mr Michael Arthur Dadzie was re-elected as the Regional Chairman with Mr Alex Appiah, as the Vice, Mr Alex Sarbah, Secretary, Joshua Mensah, assistant secretary, James Odoom, instructor and Jeffery Amamoo, as treasurer.
