Braimah Kamoko, popularly known as Bukom Banku has taken a serious swipe at his boxing arch rival, Ayittey Powers after the latter was seen in a video mocking Bukom Banku for his loss to Bastie Samir.

In an interview on Accra-based Starr FM, with Bola Ray, the boxer indicated that Ayittey Powers was not “okay” so he did not take the mocking video seriously.

Bukom Banku’s comment comes on the heels of a video that showed Ayittey Powers ‘mocking’ him (Banku) after his 7th Round Knockout to Bastie Samir in the highly-patronized bout which was held at the plush Bukom Boxing Arena in Accra.

Bukom Banku, who was speaking on the Starr Chat indicated that Ayittey Powers was not okay and that any doctor who indicated that Ayittey Powers was fine needed to have a medical checkup.

Bukom Banku also responded to allegations made by Ayittey Powers that he had numerous children.

He indicated that there was no truth to the rumors.

Ayittey Powers who was also on radio for an interview was accompanied by his beautiful wife Mavis. The 2 shared their life and love story.

Mavis, who is a past student of the Accra Technical University revealed that she met Ayitey Powers for the first time in Lapaz, a suburb of Accra.

The rivalry between Ayittey Powers and Bukom Banku had been going on for a long time as both boxers had huge following.

The rivalry was finally settled in the boxing ring when two separate bouts were arranged for the boxers.

In both bouts, Braimah Kamoko defeated Ayittey Powers and obtained the bragging rights over the Australia-based fighter.

Ayittey Powers since his defeat to Bukom Banku had been on the receiving end of trolls from the camp of Bukom Banku.

The tables finally turned during Bukom Banku’s bout with Bastie Samir which saw the then undefeated fighter taste his first ever career defeat.
