Bournvita TT Championship Opens In Koforidua

Koforidua.(Eastern Region) 16 Oct. This year's Eastern Regional Bournvita under- 16 Table Tennis Championship for boys and girls, opens at the Koforidua Eredec hotel tomorrow, Friday, October 17. About 410 boys and ninety girls are expected to take part in the one-day championship, sponsored by Cadbury (Ghana) Limited. Mr. V.A. Arhin, Eastern Regional table tennis coach said in Koforidua today that a team of six boys and four girls will be selected to represent the region in the national championship, scheduled for the first week of November in Accra. He said over 30 prizes have been donated by the sponsors for the outstanding participants.
