Bofoakwa Lose At Home

Sunyani - Bofoakwa Tano suffered a humiliating 1-0 home defeat at the hands of visiting Afienya United in their match played at the Sunyani Coronation park. The lone goal was scored by centre forward Ablade Morgan in the 53rd minute after a goalless first half. Bofoakwa, who had the upper hand in the first half squandered as many as five goal-scoring chances with inside left Kofi Owusu missing in the 38th, 39th and 42nd minutes. They threw away a 30th-minute chance through Abeeku Aikins and right winger Atta Fuseini's close-range shot missed the target narrowly in the dying minutes of the game.
