Blacks Stars move to Tamale

Black Stars will travel to Tamale on Saturday morning for their international friendly match against Uganda with Milovan Rajevac still sweating on the availability of players.

The Serbian has been holding a residential camp in Accra since Monday for the final warm up game before the team travel to Bamako but the numbers in camp have been far from encouraging.

Only twelve players took part in a training session on Friday morning while Scotland based Prince Buabeng and striker Opoku Agyemang sat out training with slight knocks from the previous day’s kick-about with local division one side King Solomon.

Despite the alarming numbers, GFA Vice-President Fred Pappoe said the team will be all set to face Uganda on Sunday evening.

He says the trio of Prince Tagoe, Haminu Dramani and Junior Agogo will definitely travel with the side to Tamale on Saturday morning.

The team will set up base in Tamale after the game on Sunday during when Milovan Rajevac is hoping he will get the rest of the squad members due to complete their seasons this weekend in camp.
