Blackpool manager Terry McPhillips has revealed that Ghana striker Joe Dodoo will start training on Monday.

The 23-year-old attacker who is on loan from Rangers have been out of action for over a month but he is now nearing full fitness and will start practice next week.

“Hopefully Joe Dodoo trains on Monday, so we’re getting better.” McPhillips stated ahead of his club’s trip to Ricoh Arena Arena on Saturday to face Coventry.

The former Leicester City forward has made 12 League One appearances this season for Blackpool scoring twice.
