The Black Satellites will then play the Under-20 side of Barcelona on Tuesday ahead of the African Youth Championship in Algeria from March 16-30.
The 2009 Africa and world U20 champions beat the junior side of Italian Serie B team Novara 3-2 in their first test game, and will use the second warm-up match in Spain to fine tune their strategies as they seek to win the trophy.
The game is scheduled to take place on Tuesday at 10:00 GMT in Barcelona.
The west Africans have been paired in Group A with hosts Algeria, Benin, and Egypt.
