Black Meteors beat Tema Youth 1-0

National U-23 side Black Meteors defeated division one club Tema Youth in a friendly game played on Wednesday at the Legon Presec Park.

Elvis Kyei Baffour scored the only goal of the game in the 5th minute of the first half to secure the win for Meteors in this preparatory game.

The game also served as a justify for the 24 local based players called to the camp as the coach is set to prune down the list and augment his squad with some foreign players.

The Black Meteors will take on Gabon in the 2019 U-23 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier on March 23, 2019 at the Accra Sports Stadium.
