Ghana U23 head coach Ibrahim Tanko has dropped eleven players from camp remaining thirteen, awaiting the arrival of the foreign based players invited.

Dreams FC left back Montari Kamaheni and Liberty Professional’s Elvis Kyei Baffour were conspicuously missing from the list of thirteen.

Also missing from the list is former Karela FC left back Moro Ibrahim.

Former Inter Allies goalkeeper Kwame Baah and Asante Kotoko’s 18-year old Danlad Ibrahim are however in the list.

Below is the list of ten in camp awaiting the arrival of the foreign based players.

Tanko invited eleven foreign based players to augment the side for the clash on Saturday.

Schalke 04 loanee Bernard Terkpetey, Czech based Benjamin Tetteh and Belgium based Joseph Paintsil are among the eleven foreign based players expected in camp.

The Black Meteors have been preparing for the past three weeks ahead of the clash with Gabon on Saturday in the U23 AFCON Qualifier.

Ghana beat Togo in the first round of the qualifier by 5-2 on aggregate to set up a date with Gabon who had a walk over in their first round of the qualifier.
