Berekum Chelsea have secured the signature of the epitome of Black Stars captain Asamoah Gyan, Appau Gyan from Akosombo Stars on transfer window deadline date.

Gyan, 19, signed a two-year contract with the Berekum-based side after agreeing terms with them.

The striker who is a replica of Asamoah Gyan in terms of look and performance played for Bechem Academy on loan for a year before finding his new love.

Gyan scored 11 goals in 8 matches for Akosombo Stars and repeated a simialr goa scoring rate for Bechem Academy in 13 matches.
