Berekum Chelsea forward Prince Papa Arko joins AFC Leopards

Former Berekum Chelsea striker Prince Papa Arko has completed a one-year deal to Kenyan giants AFC Leopards, GHANAsoccernet.com can exclusively report.

Papa Arko has officially signed a one-year deal with Kenya SportPesa Premier League side AFC Leopards and will remain with the Nairobi-based side until December 2018 but could extend the deal depending on his performance.

The 25-year-old poacher earlier joined on a two-week trial and proved his worth to head coach Robert Matano during two arranged friendly games.

He is expected to play an important role in their upcoming CAF Confederations Cup campaign, where they have been drawn against Madagascan side Fosa Juniors in the preliminary round.

Papa Arko has previously featured for King Faisal and Sekondi Hasaacas in the Ghana Premier League.
