Bechem United bid GHC 100,000 for Baba Mahama

Report reaching Ghanasportsonline.com indicates that Bechem United have offered a sumptuous amount of GHC 100,000 to relegated Techiman City for the services attacking midfielder Baba Mahama who made a statement in the just ended Ghana Premier League.

The MTN FA Cup Champions are in the transfer market to search for quality players in their bid to augment their squad ahead of their participation in the CAF Confederations Cup next year.

The Techiman City attacking commander whose name rings a bell of being a relative of Ghana President John Dramani Mahama was instrumental in his debut Premier League season for the Techiman- based Club which eventually disappeared from Ghana’s top flight League sooner than expected.

Close sources to the Club has revealed to Ghanasportsonline.com that the Hunters are in advanced talks to secure the signature of the youngster.

Bechem United could face competitions from Hearts of oak and Asante Kotoko who are all reportedly in hunt for the player.
