Ghana’s Black Sharks coach Daniel Kotey Neequaye has blamed poor officiating for 5-4 defeat to Egypt on Wednesday in the ongoing Beach Soccer in AFCON in Nigeria.
Ghana lost it group opener by 0-5 to its neighbors Ivory Coast and followed with the Egypt defeat.
According to the technical trainer CAF must intervene to stop this discrimination.
"Let me congratulate the Egyptians for the win, but the officiating was very bad. We would have won the game but for poor officiating. There is nothing we can do, it is football and we will take it like that.
"I understand when someone makes mistakes, but there are certain mistakes that ate not acceptable. It is very bad and I want CAF to talk to the referees." he told the press.
Ghana will face Nigeria on Thursday in their final Group A match.
Isiaka Olawale, the Captain Sand Super Eagles, says the team’s next match against Ghana is “a must win“.
