Accra, Oct. 4, GNA - Referee Coulibally Koman of Mali has been designated by the Federation of International Football Association (FIFA) to handle Sundays' World Cup qualifying match between Ghana and DR Congo at the Kumasi Sports Stadium. Diate Dramane and Diabate Moussa both from Malians have also been assigned to assist him on the lines.

Other officials for the match are Sidibe Boubacar from Mali will act as the fourth referee with Sey Omar of Gambia as the match commissioner. According to information gathered by the GNA Sports, the designated referees are expected in the country on Thursday, October 7. The appointment of the Malian referees makes it the second time in almost two weeks that referees from the West African country have been appointed to handle Ghana's international matches.
